Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026
Important: Flux is research and automation software. It is not investment advice, and Flux is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser. Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of principal.

1. What Flux is

Flux provides market research tools, an AI assistant ("Fluxi"), and a simulated paper-trading environment. The $10,000 "Flux Fund" and your paper account use virtual money; they exist to demonstrate strategies transparently. Simulated and backtested results are hypothetical, do not represent real trading, and do not guarantee future outcomes.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on Flux is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Model estimates, forecasts, "undervalued/overvalued" labels, confidence scores, and Fluxi's responses are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult a licensed professional before investing.

3. Your account

4. Connecting a real brokerage

If you connect a brokerage, access is read-only by default. Flux will never place real trades or move funds unless you explicitly enable trading and set your own rules (limits, allowed symbols). You can revoke access at any time. You remain fully responsible for any real trades that result from rules you configure.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability & data

Market data may be delayed, simulated, or occasionally unavailable. We work to keep Flux running but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux and DSH Trading are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
