Can I cancel anytime?
Yes: one click in settings, no phone call and no retention maze. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free Scout plan rather than losing your account.
Do I need a broker?
No. The desk, the record, the scoreboard and the paper terminal all work without one. A broker only matters when you want to act on something yourself, and even then Flux is not in that conversation. You connect Robinhood to your own Claude, and Robinhood makes you confirm every order. Flux never takes custody of anything and is not a broker-dealer.
What am I actually paying for?
The record. Anything can produce a confident-sounding call; what is worth money is a stored, dated, gradeable history of which calls landed, including the ones that did not. Scout shows you the rulings and the hit rates. Trader shows you the argument underneath them: what each analyst filed, what their boss threw out, and why.
Does the desk trade my money?
No, on any plan. Everything the desk trades is a simulated account with virtual money. Autopilot does not trade a connected account, and connecting Robinhood does not change that; it gives your Claude a broker to talk to, not the desk.
Is the performance real?
The market data is real and the desk's decisions are real and timestamped. The money is not: results are hypothetical and do not represent real trading. There is no verified track record, because there is no real trading to have a record of. When a prediction reaches its resolve date it is scored against the tape whether it worked or not, and that score is what you see.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your watchlists, notes and paper history stay in your account on the free plan. If you delete the account outright, everything is erased within 30 days, and you can export it as CSV and JSON first.
