Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in settings, no phone call and no retention maze. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free Scout plan rather than losing your account.
Do I need a broker?
Only for live trading. Paper trading, the terminal, the engines and every signal work without one. When you're ready to go live you connect your own brokerage account with your own keys — Flux never takes custody of your funds and is not a broker-dealer.
What counts as a signal?
One scored, delivered idea from one engine — a breakout, a sweep, a catalyst, a level reclaim. Refreshing a chart, running a scan, opening the terminal or asking a follow-up question does not count. Scout is capped at 25 delivered signals a day; Trader and Desk are uncapped.
Is there a student discount?
Yes — 50% off Trader for students and full-time educators with a valid academic email address. Verification takes a minute and the discount renews each year while you're still enrolled.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your watchlists, notes, paper history and backtests stay in your account on the free plan. If you delete the account outright, everything is erased within 30 days and you can export it as CSV and JSON first.
Do you take a cut of my trades?
No. No commissions, no payment for order flow, no performance fee, no percentage of profits. You pay the subscription and nothing else — your broker's own fees are between you and them.
