Agents and reports still run for web users; they're configured on desktop or mobile, and the finished report shows up everywhere.

The heavy work happens on our engines, so the client stays light. These are the floors the desktop build is being written against; none of it is needed for Flux Web, which is what you can use today.

A live internet connection is required; Flux streams market data continuously. Cached charts and saved layouts stay readable offline.
What is being built.
There is no release history here because nothing has been released. This is the order the clients are being written in, and it is a plan, not a promise of a date.
Flux Web. The desk, the paper terminal, the watchlists and the research record, in a browser tab, on any machine, with nothing to install.
The desktop client: the same desk in a native window, with multi-monitor workspaces and a layout that survives a restart. Mac first, then Windows, then Linux.
The phone apps: the watchlist, the desk's rulings and push alerts. Reading, not the full terminal, because the full terminal does not belong on a phone.

Is it free?
The apps are free to download and the Scout plan costs nothing, with no card required. Trader and Desk unlock unlimited signals, live order routing and the AI agents, see pricing. The download itself is never the paywall.
Do I need a broker?
Not to start. Paper trading, every engine and all the research work without one. You only connect a broker when you want orders to reach the market; Flux is not a broker-dealer and never takes custody of your funds. Your keys stay yours.
Does the mobile app do everything desktop does?
Close, but not all of it. Charting, screening, alerts, paper trading, order entry and Flux AI are all there. The order ladder, time-and-sales tape and multi-monitor workspaces are desktop-only; they need the screen space to be useful.
Is my data private?
Your watchlists, positions and chat history belong to your account and are not sold or shared. Broker credentials are stored encrypted and are never visible to us in plain text. You can export or delete everything from Settings → Data at any time.
How do updates work?
Flux Desktop checks for a signed update on launch and applies it in the background; you'll be asked before it restarts. Mobile updates come through the App Store or Play Store. Web is always current. You can pin to the previous desktop build if a release breaks a workflow.
