Privacy Policy
Who we are
Flux is operated by DSH Trading ("Flux", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use dsh-trading.com and the Flux apps, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Account details, your email address and display name when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
- App data, your paper-trading activity, watchlists, price alerts, preferences, and the notes you teach Fluxi. This is stored so your desk works across devices.
- Brokerage data (only if you connect one), if you link a brokerage, we access your holdings and balances read-only to show your portfolio. We never move your money or place real trades unless you explicitly enable and configure it.
- Technical data, basic logs and device/browser information used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To run your account, save your paper portfolio, and personalize Fluxi's answers.
- To operate the AI assistant. When you chat with Fluxi, your message and relevant market context are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We don't use your conversations to train third-party models.
- To process subscription payments (handled by Stripe; we never store your full card details).
- To keep the platform secure and to fix problems.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not place real trades or move funds without your explicit, configured permission.
- We do not share your brokerage data with advertisers.
Third parties we rely on
We use Supabase (database & authentication), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI assistant), and, only if you connect one, a brokerage-aggregation provider. Each processes data solely to provide their part of the service.
Your choices
- You can edit your name, reset your paper account, or delete your account at any time from Settings.
- You can disconnect a linked brokerage whenever you want.
- You can ask us to delete your data by emailing the address below.
Security
Connections are encrypted in transit. Brokerage links are read-only by default. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage a strong, unique password.
